I'm genuinely curious about the expectations from Toronto if they're throwing all this shade at this man. I never seriously thought they'd beat Bron. I never seriously thought any team would beat Bron this year. I wasn't even concerned when the Pacers took them to 7. The man is just too good in the playoffs.
I wonder if Masai, Demar, and Lowry now know since they scapegoated Casey there ain't no one else to take the fall next year. They gotta get to the finals no matter the coach or they should all get fired now.

I think this is moreso a result of the derozan benching.

dont sit here and say regular season dont mean shyt because it does. without it, you dont get to the playoffs, you dont get home court. I am not surprised Casey got fired or even upset that he did. but this is the best coach in the franchise's history. so if your stance is, take him away and now you will have more success, well good luck with that. only if Lebron goes West. then you still gotta worry about Boston and Philly and possible rise of Mil and Was. so you think by winning less games next year your team will be better?

the issue is the cast of players. like whoever the new coach is, he wont be any better with the same roster. blow the whole shyt up and stop putting all the blame on a coach who improved the team each year.
