A coach needs to grill DeMar for his shot selection, or not being engaged on defense, or not playing off the ball.

if casey was as bad as they say he was for the past 5 or 6 years, why wasnt he fired sooner? I mean we know why Mark Jackson got fired after improving a Warriors team. why did casey stick around so long? I am not caping for casey, I am actually happy for him. he will have another job in no time. meanwhile the Raps will need to figure out what to do with this mediocre roster before they can even think about advancement.

this. further proves the point that casey is a typical fall guy here. casey went along with what they gave him but I am sure he wasnt 100% on board with that roster, but what could he do? casey is old school guy like Thibs. he'd rather have 5 really good players in the starting lineup than 2 very good players and a stacked bench

he is asking a legit question. we can look back and see why Mark Jackson got fired but Casey is known as a "good guy" by his players and peers. I dont have a problem with them firing Casey, my point is,it dont matter. the roster isnt good enough to compete in the post season. Serge made like $20 mil this year and set to make another $45 mil over next two?

Feel bad for the man, But Its a hard knock business....He's a good solid coach, very few coaches can take a team from bad to very good...But even fewer can lift there team to that elite contender and he's not one them or showed any type of promise to be that coach

Easy, first round loss (bron sweep) ,second round loss (hawks ). ECF home court (bron 4-1 almost sweep) not mention they were looking shaky as fukk against the bulls as a 1v8 seed before rondo got hurt. (Down 0-2)

So when he has another ecf home court loss on his record this year how many chances should this dude get for being a regular season over achiever?

This guy is currently 1-8 against LeBron teams and looks like he might be 2-12 in a week or so. That's the same as Casey.

He literally has a losing record in the playoffs.
Next year will probably be his best shot and I'm not sure he will make it to the finals then either.
