BREAKING: Toronto Raptors fire Dwane Casey

I said it yesterday on Twitter but it's just a random turn of shyt luck/a game of "what if" for Toronto and Dwane Casey this season;

- Philly rips off SIXTEEN straight fukkin wins to end the season. Lock up the 3 seed, 2 games better than Cleveland who settles in at 4th. If the 76ers just play at a normal pace (9 or 10 wins in their last 16), Cleveland locks up 3, Toronto gets one of either Philly or Indiana in the 2nd round and they don't have to see Lebron or Boston til the conference finals then. Losing in the conference finals to Lebron would be house money at that point because you still got there and the player you lost to makes sense.

So we give credit to every player and there hardwork for building themselves into good players and there dedication to hard work and off season training except in the Raptors care where we give all credit to the coach for DeRozan and Lowry becoming all stars

I'm sorry but Toronto wasn't a 1 seed. Cleveland had a roster change, Boston had injured players, Washington Wall was out. Philly had Embid and Fultz out..

Toronto actually did good for a roster with 1 star.

Casey has been the coach since 2011-2012...We didnt make the playoffs the first couple years he was here with DeRozan.

He was starting Jose Calderon over Kyle Lowry when we acquired him,it was mandated to him that he start Lowry cuz Calderon wasnt going to be re-signed...Again if you dont know the history of this team you should probably just keep ur mouth shut as to not look stupid....

To give Casey credit for playoff appearances and seasons he was forced into by management proves yet again proves you hate the Raptors and will argue CON in every argument even tho you dont have a clue what the fukk ur talking about....Now ur Pro Casey because he got axed...

This was a necessary move. Casey did a lot for this franchise but I felt like his time was up last year. The Cavs series this year just confirmed that.

Expect changes to the roster as well.

Denver needs a point guard. They might take Lowry for Chandler/Faried/Lyles and a draft pick. Those guys are all free agents after next season.

Memphis could be interested in DeRozan for their lotto pick if they aren't going to trade Gasol. Probably have to eat the Parsons contract in that deal but the pick will be high enough to justify it.

I'd try and pitch Ibaka to the Blazers for Harkless, Leonard and a pick as well.

Let Stackhouse run that team and you're probably still in the playoffs.

All of those are good moves and you're probably right about everything except for the Ibaka trade and the part where you still make the playoffs.

Derozan shyt the bed, and Lowry has a habit of disappearing. Getting that ass handed to you by Lebron is what happens in the East. To fire a coach that led you to a franchise record in victories, the 1st seed, and made it to the 2nd round only to lose badly to the king...I think it's more of a scapegoat.

I would trade Derozan for a bag of peanuts and some chapstick before I fire Casey, but that's just me.
