Nah I got another theory. Think about how landlines and a lot of other shyt has went the way of the Dodo? This version of social media is a fad, like Netscape and AOL. I believe this young generation, eventually after oversaturation of social media, will value human and face to face interactions more, because it will be exclusive and hip.

And this shyt is not new. White folks been using mass media for their white supremacist platforms. Case in point Father Charles Coughlin in the 1920-1930s. At one point he had a third of radio listeners listening to his show.
