I don't believe North Koreans were ever in the country to leave. They never came en mass nor did they leave en mass as the story is a literal media creation.
US intel that claimed Russia was losing, South Korea intel that would supposedly know more about troop transports to russia more than the US, the nation they use as the backbone for their own intel infrastructure, and NATO which is just the US. These are your sources great.

I'm not Russian, but every single independent reporting of the war, shows massive Russian domiance. This is why Ukrainians need more support, Russia is bleeding them out and slowly dominating them. Recent reports from Ukraine soldiers themselves have them talking about being worried about the Russian advancement.

Ukraine started the nonsense that Russia was using N. Korean troops then mysteriously S. Korea and the US catch on after the fact.
That isn't realistic.
Funny part is Russia and N. Korea openly stated N. Korea was participating in naval exercises as an observer. But that was a naval exercise, not being shipped to Kursk for ground offensive.

US intelligence services have been bang on throughout the war from the time they predicted the exact time of Putins invasion down to the minute. They probably know what Putin had for breakfast in the morning and the Souh Koreans are certainly imbedded in Pyongyang.
In fact the one time Russia made any significant advancements in the last year primarily at Kursk was because Trump shut off the comms feeding the Ukrainians information on Russia troop movements.
I trust them and my own eyes and ears far more than I trust your orc bloggers
