You get out in 20 years, what's left out there for you?
He’s 32.., get out early at 46/47 he still has a life to live free

georgia don't have parole. he gonna have to do that 20 if he takes it,He’s 32.., get out early at 46/47 he still has a life to live free

georgia aint finna waste millions on him tbhHe has a million dollar lawyer and it's a state case. So his lawyer probably is telling him not to take it and is comfortable fighting it at trial.
This dude, with this type of Life style and fame. You think his life will be the same after 20 years? You get out tho. If he gets found guilty ain’t no gettin out ever or if he do he’ll be old af

His homies will be killed or strung out on drugs. The block will move on, the world will move on.
That's a faith worse than life in prison for him
he chose that life.lol we see how it ends. wanna ban bet how this ends. How can u call him dumb if u don’t know the details of his case.
He has nothing to lose. If he takes the plea deal, he will be out by 50s , if goes to court and loses, he will be out in his 60s. It's a marginal difference from his perspective, so he might as well go out swinging while he still has the label money for his defence.he’s ready to die in prison and never see the free world again.
What’s the point of me ban betting on a case I know nothing about?lol we see how it ends. wanna ban bet how this ends.
That wasn't his first offer. The plea the other day specified that it was his final plea offer...His first offer was 20 years, not a day lower....tell them crackers holler at him when they sober
This goes both ways because every case is unique. That's why guys can have the same exact charges but different outcomes, convictions are based on what the prosecution can prove...They offered my boy 15 years on a plea, he turned it down. few weeks before trail they knocked it down to 3 years, he turned it down.
found not guilty
My other homie in Philly just beat a murder last year.
I can go on and on
Did it change since 2016? I have a brother doing 20 in GA since '16, he parole-eligible after 60% which is 12 on the 20...georgia don't have parole. he gonna have to do that 20 if he takes it,
Man ain't nobody wise rolling the dice like this unless they know something. I don't know how bright Lucci is or isn't, but for his sake I hope he know something...I support it. fukk giving them 20 years take it to trial and see what happens. Even if he get convicted he can still get it overturned. I cant call someone dumb for fighting for their freedom
