Big difference between blew up, damaged and pissed on.. That's the whole point. Words matter. They have to hype it up and call it arson in order to meet the the charges they are trying to bring. But if they had such a strong case and evidence why do they have to hype up this minor car seat damage as some professional mob arson job? Police didnt take it seriously at the time cause it was minor damage.. So this shyt aint worth talking about 10+ years later.

And Cudi said he left his door unlocked. There was no breaking and entering or signs of a break in.

You can't get on the stand and claim you have amnesia. They will ask you about other events at that time not related to the case and if you remember those you can't say you forgot everything related to the case. They also have other witnesses and text messages placing him within the events. The judge can hold him in contempt if they believe he's being uncooperative.

You want him to risk perjury, fines, and jail time to protect Puff.
