can’t even take yall nikkas seriously calling cudi a snitch after nikkas let tekashi (and puff and jay, etc.) openly snitch and walk around without a care in the world.

in the real world no one cares but criminals. Move out the hood and ‘snitching’ is the natural peaceful order of things. When you have property or loved ones you want to protect and keep safe you lean on the law. You can also legally own a gun, ask me how i know :yeshrug:

That's not how it works.

You can't get on the stand and claim you have amnesia. They will ask you about other events at that time not related to the case and if you remember those you can't say you forgot everything related to the case. They also have other witnesses and text messages placing him within the events. The judge can hold him in contempt if they believe he's being uncooperative.

You want him to risk perjury, fines, and jail time to protect Puff.

Exactly you better off telling the truth

Instead of playing games with the judge :mjlol: :mjlol:

Don’t know if “snitch” is the word but dude definitely wanted to help send puff to jail.

Seeing that this is all over a chick that played him for a fool it does make Cudi look like a sucka ass nikka.

If dude wanted justice/repayment for his car that’s one thing. But to get up on the stand and try to contribute to diddy getting decades in jail is some foul shyt :smh:

Someone breaks into your house, smacks your wife and robs you of your prized possessions, you gon snitch? :sas2:
But he didn’t call the police for that.

And it seems a lot of that was cassie two timing and lying to both of them.

She’s the only one that mentioned anything about diddy vandalizing the car.

He hit that stand cause he was jealous/angry at puff.

Not cause he wanted repayment for his stuff.

Isn't this what Lil Kim went to prison for, lying under oath?
Yes, Lil Kim told a blatant lie. A lie that was easy to prove, She said she did not know a nikka that everyone knew she knew.

All Cudi had to do is say "I don't recall". The only way he can get caught in that lie is if he gave previous statements

Everything you mentioned is the exact reason why he is a hoe and a snitch. He had nothing to say for 10+ years so why speak on it now. Let cassie and diddy fight this BS case on their own and stay out of it but its clear he is still butt hurt from puff punking him even though he claimed he was at peace and they squashed it. As a man that's some hoe shyt. And then to above and beyond and speculate and try to give the feds ammo... naw. The feds cant force you to say anything. All he has to say is he doesn't recall to every question they ask.
Please tell me why that would be the right thing to do? How does that benefit anyone other than evil ass Diddy? How can you be a functional "adult" and write that shyt down and really mean it? I hope you never have kids.

It was petty vandalism. And clearly done by an amateur.

If you don't know the difference between vandalism and arson you might want to stop talking about this case.

Examples of arson include:

setting fire to someone else’s car as an act of revenge
California Penal Code § [Section] 451 – Arson
Penal Code Section 451 makes it illegal to burn property willfully and maliciously or to aid someone else in burning property. Even the slightest singeing is sufficient for arson. If you're convicted of an act of arson, the penalty may be a term of up to nine years in a state prison, a fine of up to $10,000, or both a fine and imprisonment.
