you're mad about a machine not working in a manner that it hasn't even been invented to exist yet. :dead:

WTF are you bytching about?

Getting a DWI/DUI/OUI is a brutal case in a lot of states. A machine that doesn't accurately measure someones impairment could ruin their lives. Being high on pot is nothing like being drunk on booze. Smoke a joint and find out breh

There won't ever be an instrument that is accurate enough to test the degree of stonedness...thats my point...they can tell if you've smoked in the last 6 hours but that says nothing about the degree of impairment.. I'm not bytching, I'm arguing a point. I agree with you a lot of the time but you're fukking annoying as shyt to converse with when there is a disagreement
you DO NOT know this.

You simply don't

And with the rate that some forms of alternative rapid assessment is going in the healthcare field for other metabolites and even diseases, I wouldn't be surprised.

Sure...IF this machine can be held to the same standards of a breathlyzer (mind you all, this shyt doesn't even exist yet) then we might be able to.

50 years ago, yall had no idea breathalyzers would even be possible :mjlol:

I'm not sure why everyone is getting so up in arms given the bolded...

I gotta agree with Nap on this one. Hypothetically speaking if a device comes about that can accurately measure just how stoned you are then fuk yeah use it.

Driving impaired, be it from lack of sleep, alcohol, or MJ is just irresponsible. PUtting yourself behind a 2000lb vehicle with anything less than 100% of your functional mindstate is gambling plain and simple. If there's a way to reduce that then i'm all for it.

Basically don't smoke and drive. How hard is that? Again, assuming they can develop a machine that can accurately measure how high you are.

IF THEY CANNOT....
Then personally i'd rather they error on the side of public safety. You don't have to smoke, and that's just a plain truth. If you do decide to smoke and feel the need to go somewhere then call a fukin cab, walk, or take the bus.

Yes, because if America needs anything it's more punitive laws on the books.

There already is a device like that in theory it's a blood test. Maybe all drivers should be subject to random blood tests.

Always have "enough" sleep and drive. How hard is that?

"If you do decide to smoke and feel the need to go somewhere then call a fukin cab, walk, or take the bus" because we both know if this country does anything right it's public transportation, sidewalks, and cabs. :mjlol:

Not all laws are punitive just because you don't like them. I guess DUI laws are punitive as well then :manny:

I'll withhold most other comments until an actual device and law hit the books.
