There won't ever be an instrument that is accurate enough to test the degree of stonedness...thats my point...they can tell if you've smoked in the last 6 hours but that says nothing about the degree of impairment.. Driving impaired, be it from lack of sleep, alcohol, or MJ is just irresponsible. PUtting yourself behind a 2000lb vehicle with anything less than 100% of your functional mindstate is gambling plain and simple. If there's a way to reduce that then i'm all for it.
