I know all of this, but if you're driving impaired then you're driving impaired.

Theres an entire system that will be implemented to ensure safety on the road. I don't think anyone is expecting cops to use alcohol screens on weed users.

They need a sobriety test with it because it will otherwise be erroneous

this test isn't even ready to be deployed.

You first have to be able to measure it in the system before you can measure degree of intoxication

Point blank. There WILL be a field sobriety method of testing for THC and it should be used when ready.
