3 years ago if this happened I would say due to the reputation of the FBI and federal prosecutors even if they don’t got a lot of evidence they’ll come away with a plea deal.

Now these guys are fukking bozos. They might have them, or they might not have them. Even if they do have them, they just need to make a couple of million dollars donation to Trump’s re-election campaign and he’ll make it go away.

I am not joking. The question is will he actually use it to run for president. In theory you can have that fund and use it to run for any office. We don't know if he and the republicans will just break the law like that, though if he did I expect he would have to run against Obama. Right now he is using it as a slush fund since in theory nothing he does is against the law.
