This is one of those gray areas. Obviously dude is guilty, but no way dude gets more than 10 years if he's white in this situation. He didn't kill anybody, already served time, he probably had a suspended license because he was in prison/didn't have money to pay the bills. 60 years is way too much, I'm just kind of about signing a petition for someone who did armed robbery, I need more details, I would have thanked God for such lenient sentencing and stayed put in the backyard doin' pushups and f*ckin' the local hood rats

The real problem is this law in Florida and part of the reason why dude is getting such a heavy sentence
