Will sign due to the judges history of strict sentencing for black people, but it's also fair to state that this guy got popped for possession of a firearm by a convicted felon and violating his probation for burglary and grand theft with a deadly weapon. Clearly this dude is in these streets and is a threat to average citizens. A couple of the charges against him like the tinted windows are trumped up, and he has about 7 previous felonies so the judge is trying to prosecute him to the fullest extent of the law. This is a dude that you would not want in your community. 60 is excessive obviously, but the legal system works against people with previous multiple convictions. Still going to sign due the aforementioned reason.
I've legit seen posts from these militants encounter a racial situation in real life, and instead of doing anything about it, they come online and complain

The crazy part about probation is that even though he was arrested on new charges he wasnt convicted, but the fact that he even got arrested is a violation of probation.
Once you accept a plea deal with probation included you are giving up your right to trial and appeals. You accept probation with the condition that if you violate you open yourself up to do the maximum amount of time your charges carry. That's why so people rather do straight time instead of probation.

), lied to the feds and had to do the whole thing anyway, 5 inside, 5 on probation. Fool got caught with weed, got his lawyer to postpone shyt til he got off paper, ended up getting his license suspended, went back to the same shyt.
And the nikka had a muthafukkin CDL before he ever even got the fed cshyt.e so no, it ain't like his back was against the wall. Last I heard he was trying to drive buses or some shyt.
