Fair. However, it seems more like shyt went on beforehand that turned him off of them (Coach saying he's the worst ever). Coming to meetings to find his stuff had been moved. So the dummy tape situation was just more games being played from his perspective.

Raiders organization was a complete clown show back then with a senile Al Davis still at the helm so I get and agree with his argument that he went to a shyt situation and not even Arod or Brady would have succeeded. But I don’t think he had the drive or discipline to be an elite quarterback whatever team he was on. It’s telling that he never got signed to another team after the raiders let him go.

Just judging from this clip look like he taking zero accountability for his actions, instead of asking why they playing with you and giving blank tapes. You should be asking yourself why I put myself in this position to the point where they don’t trust I’m doing my job that they pay me millions to do.
