Its a great business but like anything thats promoted on youtube its already saturated like other hustles. My friends started a vending biz and they got 4 machines but only 1 location is really popping. Like another breh said in here its all about location and most populated places with good traffic already got one placed there.

It helps if u network and know building owners etc but putting one near any location with a bodega or gas station near by wont move much.

Also they break down so a quality repair guy is key. Also you gotta pay the folks andee to put it there so even if it makes 1k a month fees is a hassle and sure cost has gone up by now since it's more popular.

Didn't watch the video (will later) but with vending machines, what does the business they put the machines in get? Why would they pick you and not a company that does it as a FT business that makes sure it's stay stocked.

The businesses see it as a convenience to their workers, customers and residents. Some of them may want a percentage, but not all of them will even think to ask for it. Having a vending machine in your office means that yo employees don’t have to run out to the store on their break to get a snack or lunch, so they can get back to work faster.

As for not going with a big company, I think most of the bending machine owners are small businesses. If you can give a better service and provide the products that they actually want, they’ll switch and go with the other guy.
