.Black dude was "allegedly" insulting a woman whos race wasnt mentioned. A fight started in the store that he must have been losing. So he goes to grab a gun from his car. And the white dude stops him. Because of what you just said I cant fault him for holding him on the ground. But you can fault him for not communicating when someones holding a gun to his face. At least it appeared to be a gun the woman was holding.
You gotta start talking and negotiating his release at that point. Guess buddy thought ol girl was too scary too shoot. Arrogance cost him his life in this situation.
