I already addressed that question like 3 times in this thread.
I've had women look at me like
when I suggested they grow their hair out like mine, this is after they've gone on and on about wishing their hair was longer.The problem is as men we are more logical

my girl has very long hair all natural, shes never worn a weave , her opininon is that its easy for black women to grow long hair but many dont want the hassle of having to maintain it .....
I personally dont care whether a woman wears a weave or not as long as she looks good
but in my opinion this video reminds me of those idiots that shave off their eyebrows to have them tattooed on ...... utter stupidity

People just arent discipline in general. Look at 360 waves and how dudes would put kits in their hair instead of brushing. But even then this just seems far more stupid because people will look at you crazy when you go back bald and then right back to long hair.
Again I have already made several statements addressing why the "just grow it" mind frame may not apply.
Most women who wear weaves/wigs change their hair style all the time. Just b/c you see her in that wig in that video doesn't mean it's a hair style that she wants to dedicate the next 5 years of her life achieving.
