Good find. I posted dudes videos on here before too. There was one video where he said Latinos we're criticizing him for exposing their racism against Black people. Having the unmitigated gall to look down on Black people yet beg us for help against ICE.

I actually just watched that video or at least one of them. He even addresses it again in this video.

Like, they are more worried about their image across the world, than the internalized racism they spew on the daily. Even he still gets kinda shocked it seems like.

That is some wild ass thinking that will never go away, forget a couple generations.

Respectfully, you just proved his point. They’re white back home but not white here, hence “non-Hispanic white” being a category. Irish, Polish and Italians were not considered white until recently.

Are they Caucasian? Yes, but they’re not “white” by America’s criteria. That will soon change though due to their falling birth rates.

I understand that, the point of bringing it up was to add a different layer to narrative that they come here and become racist for assimiliation purposes. These people are just racist period. They would be racist to Black people in their original country of heritage, and just bring their racism with them to America.

In Puerto Rico if you have mostly White ancestry, you would be considered White. And someone like Marc Anthony or Ricky Martin would be White in basically every Latin American country
