and thats exactly why they push that shyt as "the most important meal of the day" there aint noo medical reasonin behind that shyt. unless u get on webMD or google or some shyt. but just remember they the same mf's still telling nikkas to drink milk :skip:

when u take a look around the world at them asian , indian, and even some west indian cultures they live healthy and long lives and they dont be on no big breakfast type shyt. they wake up n sip hot teas and eat light snacky type healthy natural shyt like fruits n dates. no lie my nikka. that whole breakfast is the most important meal misconception is a western world thing and it got us eating ourselves to death like piggs
Yeah i have a book and one of the quotes in it is "wake up, eat breakfast and die". Basically says that your body is still digesting food from yesterday and if you have anything solid for breakfast it should be fruit or veggies.

That's a lotta food breh, but you're right. I didn't eat breakfast for... I'd say the first 97% of my life. Only really been into it for the last year or so and yea, a day with breakfast > a day without breakfast.

Problem is I just don't like most breakfast foods other than bacon. :sadcam:

A lot of people dismissing breakfast don't know what the fukk you are talking about. Your supposed to feed your body at regular intervals. When you wake up your body hasn't been given fuel for around 12 hours. So it's good to eat breakfast to fuel your body to start the day. Studies have shown people who eat breakfast are physically fitter and lose weight more effectively than people who skip breakfast.
