Smh @ all the people saying that's a big breakfast
4 "bacon strips"

When I do breakfast it's a bunch of eggs, pound of bacon, 8 slices of toast

Thank God for a great metabolism
5 eggs and 5 egg whites every single fukking morning like my life depended on it :blessed:

Exactly it's really not that much when you're real active. I remember when I used have more time in the mornings I used to make this:
It's 6egg whites( zero cholesterol :umad: )
2 bananas
2 cups of oatmeal
1 glass of soy milk
2 waffles

Now I just have time to make a couple cups of oatmeal, a banana and a glass or two of milk...

What type of nonsense is this?:wtf:

Let me know when you're ready to have a real discussion. There's no way in hell anyone with an active, healthy lifestyle is skipping breakfast. Where do you get your energy from, nikka? Or you run on fumes the whole morning till lunch? You think that's healthy? Holla at me when you get older.

You don't need a big meal, but you need something.

LOL What if they work over night? They typically sleep through normal breakfast hours but when they wake up will have something to eat which is technically "breakfast" to them. Like he said breaking the fast. All that eat in regular intervals stuff sounds good, but a lot of people's schedules vary way too much for that. It's calories in and calories burned and maybe to some extent what you actually eat. It doesn't matter when you eat it though.

This is an outlier, working overnight has it's own problems associated with it.

While at the end of the day the name of the game regulating weight is typically calories in and out with some exceptions loaded to it that completely have an adverse effect on health and weight such as sleep and stress;the ideal meal plan throughout the day, is suggested to be ell balanced diet.

Eating too much or nothing at all for long periods of time is like playing Russian roulette with blood sugar. It can easily introduce abnormal behaviors throughout the body, which can essentially trigger either hypoglycemia or hyperglycemia....

At the end of the day balance is the key.
