when u take a look around the world at them asian , indian, and even some west indian cultures they live healthy and long lives and they dont be on no big breakfast type shyt. they wake up n sip hot teas and eat light snacky type healthy natural shyt like fruits n dates. no lie my nikka. that whole breakfast is the most important meal misconception is a western world thing and it got us eating ourselves to death like piggs

Depends on what kind of person u are. If youre a pig, you're a pig. If u know how to eat breakfast responsibly, u should be alright.

Breakfast is good u just can't shove junk in your mouth like pop tarts and cereal.

I spent a couple of weeks making a whole wheat, kale and avocado sandwich before leaving to work and I never felt better.

When I eat captain crunch or some shyt like that not only am I hungry again in less than 2 hours but I feel sluggish.

LOL What if they work over night? They typically sleep through normal breakfast hours but when they wake up will have something to eat which is technically "breakfast" to them. Like he said breaking the fast. All that eat in regular intervals stuff sounds good, but a lot of people's schedules vary way too much for that. It's calories in and calories burned and maybe to some extent what you actually eat. It doesn't matter when you eat it though.

Of course it matters. Doesn't matter what time you wake up. Your first meal of your day should not be 6 hours after you wake up. Skipping your first meal no matter when you start your day has harmful implications.

Exactly it's really not that much when you're real active. I remember when I used have more time in the mornings I used to make this:
It's 6egg whites( zero cholesterol :umad: )
2 bananas
2 cups of oatmeal
1 glass of soy milk
2 waffles

Nothing wrong at all with eating this for breakfast. My point though was that there is EVERYTHING wrong with waking up and stuffing your pie hole within the first hour or two. Wake up, and then wake up your system (drink water). Get your blood flowing(exercise). Come back, take a shower, THEN enjoy a pig out ass breakfast(if thats how you get down).

Also, other countries ain't got all these buffets like America. America loves to stuff themselves. No wonder it has the highest obesity rate which comes along with other sicknesses.

When do y'all eat dinner? 7p.. And probobly wake up around 7. Y'all think it's beneficial to go 12 hours with no nourishment then go take on the day with an empty stomach until lunch time?

That's a lot of food, especially for when you first wake up, but we've all been there with hangovers.

I usually eat oatmeal with blueberries and/or raspberries in it, with like a banana.
