I was recently rejected by someone I really liked. I've been on downward spiral and felt like shyt since then. What do y'all do to stay happy after being rejected?

It's been years. It still stings when I think about it.

Thats kinda hard to say in this case tho, no? She/he said it was by someone she/he has/had feeling for. Of course its gonna break one down a lil.
But i would need some help with this. I have a problem. I guess its some low self esteem or some other shyt when i grew up to where
i take everything to the heart, as much as i try not to. So i take rejection very hard.

I've been rejected hundreds of times in my life and the more women reject mi the more confidence I build as a man. Not everyone in the world is going to be attracted to you but there will be some one out there for you.
No disrespectful to any ladies on this forum but most men know how to deal with rejections better than women.
Like I said I simply move on to the next one.

Always remember the person who rejected you is a stranger. They know nothing about you. Why take something personal when the person doesn't even know you?
