You have to find something like a hobby that makes you happy... whether video games or something else. It takes your mind of what is bothering you.

Small Steps Quit Smoking first and then worry about the caffeine.

As far as exercise, that takes discipline, you gotta pick yourself up, start off by running a mile one day a week, on a specific day like say every thursday and that should be your routine....... and push yourself to get through it.

If you are the loner type, invest in a workout bench and dumbbells from amazon and workout at home as a hobby.

Exercise will help your self esteem and it helps deal with stress. You would feel like a new person to be honest.

routine and structure will become your best friends. Keep yourself busy, or at least maintain somewhat of a 'schedule.' The key to getting over depression is to not do things to get over your depression. Fulfillment comes from within.

This is true.

im just saying there are people wiht terminal cancer, paraplegics, blindness, widowed, foster homes, used and abused, deaf, homeless, dead broke and they still get up ever day and live so if they can shrugs we can to breh, just gotta look at the little things

The fukked up part is that I'm well aware of the fact that I don't have it bad. I know that technically I shouldn't feel like I do. But somehow, I still do.

You have to realize that you're locked into a sacred battle. You're literally in a fight for your own life. You have to know and truly understand that you're NEVER going to wake up one day and feel better about yourself and your situation UNLESS you put in serious work to transform yourself into a better person. You got stuck in a negative thought loop sometime in your past, so you need to basically reprogram the way you think. I cant stress this enough : LISTEN TO self help AUDIOBOOKS. READ self help material. There's been thousands of nikkas in the past who got over their self confidence problems and wrote it down in a book. Any problem you have/had there's a BOOK about it. That's why I despise when nikkas say they don't read. The solution to everything in life is in a book somewhere. Start with "Get Out Of Your Own Way" By Dr. Mark Goulston. Look at videos of Sean Stephenson on youtube:

Let's be brutally candid. You're pitiful because you have an idle mind. Get in motion. Join clubs, go to a gym, attend a play, find new hobbies, discover new albums, record a podcast, run around the block. The Universe does NOT owe you anything. You are lucky to be alive in the first place. Get over your pity party, stop expecting the world to wait for you and get off your ass and DO SOMETHING.

Alot of people think anger is a negative emotion. fukk that. You need that shyt. You're probably an adult, so you cant be coddled anymore. You need RIGHTEOUS anger. You need to wake the fukk up and adopt a warrior stance/mindset.

You either get into this war like the rest of us, or you continue to procrastinate, whine, and bytch, floating in an entropic world where you can't reach your goals like a phaggot. Your choice.
