Dudes like Will I Am,Pharrell,Timbaland,Missy Elliot,Cee Lo... BEEN doing that for the fukking longest.

stop trying to act like he's some damn unicorn and everyone has been doing the same shyt forever.

Even Lil Jon went from making Beat your ass Crunk Anthems, To Synthed out Snap music....and now he's making damn house music now.

Sure those people have done the same thing but are any of them still popping at the moment besides Pharrell and Timbo?

Why would you want to see one of the few mainstream artist that actually gives a fukk about the progression of black people in music fall off.

sorry but i dont think about Kanye West when i think "progression of black people in music" with his european edm music.

Kanye is too talented to fall off IMO. Yeezus was him on some other shyt, but even on that other shyt I'm still able to listen to it.

If anything, this experience will more than likely light a fire under his ass and he'll bless us with more piff in the future.

:blessed:
NO ONE,is above falling off.. His talent wont fall off BUT he can fall off if he makes a series of bad decisions. Trust me. Many nikkas have suffered that fate

It aint over for Kanye just yet.

Hes preoccupied with being the "NEXT" everything, and when that incessant need to be different for the sake of just being different burns out, he will go back to making relaxed comfortable music without it having to be some forced ironic avant-garde horseshyt. He's just trying too hard to be simple at this point. Once the gimmicks run out, he'll be back

Im more disappointed in how useless GOOD Music has been:

Big Sean? :piss:
Pusha T? :flabbynsick:
Kid Cudi producing?
John Legend? :flabbynsick::flabbynsick:
No Q-Tip, no Mannie, no Mos?? :beli:

Nope.
Who asked for his downfall?

I can't stand the foolery he's been indulging in for the past few years and I'll never forgive him for continuing to give Keef a platform but there's nothing worse that can be done that hasn't been done already. And all of his own accord.

Better to reign in Hell than serve in Heaven
Kanye lost it after his mom died, honestly seems like two different people.

Came in to say this. Listen to his albums before that. Listen to Hispanic before that. production, raps, even the way he dressed was different.

And it's not all soul samples. Dude was making songs like "the truth" before any of that sample shyt. You don't get money and become a different person. Dude had money when he made blueprint. Definitely had money after.

Soon as his mom died, he went somewhere else mentally.

Chief Keef will never get on. The public is beyond tired of hearing 808s and garbage rapping. That's why he flopped hard.
