Brehs...how many steps do you take per day?

I've been monitoring mine lately and my goal is 6,000 per day....that IA about 3 miles a day. But that's for exercise. It doesn't include the walking I do to and from work and at work. :ehh:

I've been doing 9000 to 10000 since Friday. Imma bout to aim for 5 miles of exercise a day now. :ohlawd:

Sitting is the new smoking :scust:

According to my iPhone, my daily average is 9,210 steps per day. However, it's been difficult to maintain that since I've been visiting the south. I drive everywhere down here versus walking everywhere in my town up north.

I live up North and walk everywhere (class, to the store, and etc). I also usually run at least two miles per day.

I use this fitness app call Loseit they set my minimum activity level at 7,750 step per day so i make sure that I get that in every single day. Up north, I'd get that easily by just doing my regular everyday activities. Down south, I have to run (or walk) a minimum of four miles to reach my goal.

I was traveling this weekend and I was able to get my steps in by walking during my layovers (I also walked through all of the concourses instead of taking the plane train to my gate).
