This is bullshyt. The president can do lots of things that'll affect people's lives in the long term. Such as appointing a pro-drug war Attorney General and pushing through a bill that'll take away a lot of people's healthcare (such as my mother's).

What can he do for me that will change my directly and immediately? Nothing
I don't expect to wake up the next day and my life to drastically change bc he's Twitter beefing with CNN.

But there will be consequences and long term effects to everything he does. We don't call the president the most influential person on the planet for no reason. His constant attacks on our institutions serve to cause confusion and distrust in the news media, law enforcement, etc. He elects cabinet members who are self serving and corrupt who actually know how to craft and affect policy to better serve themselves. His idiocy and ignorance has severely lowered our standing the the world and our International relationships are deteriorating. We may not see the effects of any of this for another 3+ years. So don't start this president doesn't do or affect anything bullshyt that edgy college freshmen love to bring up when discussing politics. I rather read about what he's up to then fukking rappers beefing over nonsense or celebrity babies.
