I never under stood going Vegan only to eat lab created foods meant to impersonate meat taste lol. I dont believe Veganism is healthy as our Ancestors were not Vegans (assuming you are black). I will say Black folks need to cut down Red Meat to a min and pork also.

You just put me on to a spot. I'll probably check out Tassili Raw this weekend. It's not too far from the crib. It's a small lil mom and pop Vegan spot in Decatur called Chelseas Bakery. They don't have a huge selection, but everything is on point though.
