I went to "bed" at 4am CDT...woke up at 4pm CDT 2 hours ago.

A few days ago, I woke up at 2pm CDT and standed up until 3 pm the next day.

Last week; I stayed up for about 22 hours straight.

How do you fix your sleep cycle back to normal?

The only thing that was keeping me waking up around 9 am or 10 am was wanting to go to Chick Fila.

Working out consistently, drinking water and cutting all fried and processed foods out has me going to bed at 1030a and waking at 5p.

Before I used to have a sporadic sleep schedule like you. The fact that you are waking up craving junk food is a sign your body’s chemistry is unbalanced.

Bro I've been going to sleep at 8 am waking up at 5 pm est. I'm not working though so it doesn't matter to me. Do you start work back or something that you wanna correct it ?
