Whats working for me is the gym, and lowering the standards. Ya gotta rebuild ya social circle.
Talk to all women over a 4 bruh. Only a matter of time til you meet more ppl through them. Crazy thing is most of the ones in that 5-6 range are so used to being looked over and want attention they'll be cool with u getting a couple nuts off here and there with no expectation.
