It looks like the actual owner of the page is a "Breh"(C00ns Aren't Brehs), and just has a White dude as his profile pic.
But if you look at the other photos he posts, it is mostly him(The "Breh") painting .
Also appears that he has a Biracial child, that he paints "Normal", but paints non-mixed Black Folks like Minstrels.

I'm assuming he lives in the UK. Aren't there laws on the books that penalize these types of racist displays in public?
People should have tried to get his piece pulled from the Sotheby's auction, if he's telling the truth about that.
The Sgt. Waters character from a Soldier's Story was an extremist and he went overboard, but the line about eliminating useless Negroes like the guy who paraded around pretending to be a monkey was spot on.
