^they usually rotated, all three were never good at once. Titans/Jags were both good for awhile tho. Texans were still good in Luck's rookie year.

it seems realistic to you that the Colts will lose to the Jags even though we haven't lost to anyone in this division in 15 games. :stopitslime:

They changed it where the division champ no longer gets a 1st round home game if their record is worse than their opponent right?

Texans, Titans and Jaguars were all pretty good teams when Peyton played.
:snoop:
We sure about that:jbhmm:

Texans been ass forever, Titans fell off after McNair left, Jags were really up and down for the 00's they fell off too for a minute but I do remember them in the playoffs a couple of times

You know the division hasn't always been this bad and the afc east hasn't got a team that's got a .500 record since 2000 right? Miami New York and buffalo are each below .500 over the course of the last 16 years.

The AFC South > The AFC North during Peyton's era. You question his legacy you're also questioning Tom Bradys.

:dahell: hell naw nikka they were mediocre at best

The AFC South's inaugural season was in 2002, during the 7 years Peyton was there Tennessee went:

2002: 11-5
2003: 12-4
2004: 5-11
2005: 4-12
2006: 8-8
2007: 10-6
2008: 13-3
2009: 8-8

That's only 2 seasons with a sub .500 record, 2 .500 seasons, and 4 seasons above .500
Jaguars:

2002: 6-10
2003: 5-11
2004: 9-7
2005: 12-4
2006: 8-8
2007: 11-5
2008: 5-11
2009: 7-9

4 seasons below .500, 1 .500, and 3 above .500

Houston was pretty trash for the most part, no need to post their numbers. But these numbers do show that the Colts did have a formidable opposition in their division they had to compete with almost every season except 2. The division back then is nothing compared to what it is now.

Huh?

Miami won the Division in 2008 and NYJ have been to the playoffs a few times since then as well.

As for the AFC South being horrible, there is no doubt but it isn't that much different than Carolina winning the NFC South last year with only 7 WINS!!!
