I think these dudes were babied too much as children and told that they deserved the world because they are great just the way they are.. they feel like they shouldn't have to "change who they are" in order to get women.. no, women should just settle for them..

Half their problems would be solved if they got fit and groomed themselves better but their personalities are a major hurdle. Second guy has dare I say no hope. He is very unaware of himself and definitely on some spectrum of autism or similar.
