i see why some do it, but i wouldn't ever do it. if i have a woman close enough to me, associating with me regularly and i'm having sex with her regularly, i wouldn't want some other guy around trying to have sex with her. i'd rather be single and have sex with her whenever i felt like it and not have to see her regularly or have some sort of expectation required. because when you think about it, being in a "relationship" is about having some standard of expectation. usually that expectation is being sexually committed to the other. being open like that defeats the purpose of being in a relationship to begin with because you allowing other people to establish bonds of a certain level with the one you're suppose to be establishing that level of bonding with. it's like placing yourself in direct and permitted competition with other males while you're suppose to be "building" with the other person. the bonds can be superficial, i know, but still that opens the door for bad things imho...

i don't know, i always just believed when you get in a relationship, that's about finding your match, you're not suppose to keep on switching it up while you're already matched up. that shows commitment issues, and it's a wild attempt to reconcile the inner issue when you could just be single...
