Then I got like 4 years which is still a long time.

I don’t know what bank to call. I just called the company listed on my credit karma account. And you’re saying don’t settle for a less and do a pay for delete ? Is it possible to settle for less and have them delete it.
Get your report for all three credit bureaus from Annual Credit Report.com - Home Page

That way you’ll have the data all three of them have and move accordingly. If you want more help, send a pm.

Deny and complain. Settle. Then do all these other steps. Or do it simultaneously. Went from 5s to 7s in 18 months

I did that shyt and during those 18 months i decided to buy a crib. shyt was def a pain in the ass. My credit wouldnt rise fast enough to meet the banks needs.

It ended up working out but dont plan on nothing of value until that process is done.

Bet I will. Appreciate it..
yes its possible to do a settlement (pay for less) and get it deleted. This is for collections only. If u have any charge offs (CO), its very hard to get those removed as u have to send good will letters to the OG creditor. Took me 6 months to get 2 of those removed. Also, check who your collections agency is, if its Jefferson Capital, u are in luck. Their policy is if u pay off your debt (even settling for less), they will automatically delete your collection from your record. Most other collection agencies require you to ask them over the phone for pay for delete agreement.

just get your full report from all 3 bureau's from annual credit report and get to work. GL!

My collection agency’s are Transworld Systems and Credence Resource Management. Dey both finnessed me I called for a pay to delete/settle for less and I ended up paying them to dispute it off my record cuz they said it had inaccuracy’s. And I gotta pay em both $99 a month while dey dispute it.

:snoop:

Why would they ask u to pay for them to dispute it when u can do it for free?

btw, Credence Resources have been known to do pay for delete but they ask for full payment and u may have to call back more then one time to get someone who will agree.
