Fashion and style, the same as art, is not about following what's hot (which is what alot of dudes who claim to be into fashion do). First off, you should pick colors that CONTRASTS/CLASH/MATCH WELL with your skin color tone. The clash/contrast of the color of the clothes against the person's skintone is KEY. So if you are a black dude, purple, lilac, orange, green lime, light green, egg yellow, light grey, orange tangerine, white, salmon pink, red(burgundy red, wine red, cardinal(red cardinal like the red dresses, the cardinals in Rome(where the catholic church runs shyt) be wearing, them church folk below the Pope in power)


Second, the FIT. Your clothes should fit your physique and should not be too baggy, loose or tight. Just fit right. Lock down a tailor guy ASAP.

Third, be stylish not trendy. Trends are for ignorant no swag, identityless fakkits with zero fashion sense and awareness. Everyone is different.


High quality denim jeans and dress slacks or chinos should be there in any man's closet. Blue and charcoal grey blazers, custom.

Focus on the shoes first, then the rest. Full wingtipped brogues(grey or brown) or quality boots should be your first purchase. Any quality nice shoes really.
