You can get all those stretches in doing yoga and pilates.. I usually start my workouts with 30 to 40min of yoga or pilates.. Then do HIIT, cardio or weight lifting.

Been doing these for years now, especially the Asian squat and worlds greatest stretch

Get yourself a real aluminum water bottle I guarantee you’ll drink more water.
And everyone should have a bike it’s therapy and exercise all in one.
