Not to the level it was before, and God forbid the Brit economy tanks before they officially leave the EU its gonna be a massacre on trading.

The average citizen is a God damned idiot though, so you not saying much. And I don't hate democracy, but the truth is the truth. Our founding fathers knew this too. A true democracy doesn't work, and leaving a decision of that magnitude up to a majority of uninformed is asking for trouble.
Personally I believe they end up staying no matter what the vote says. Referendum is not legally binding and people are realizing now the repercussions of the vote.
The 16M number took into account the turnout.
Turnout was 70% so times that 50M and you get ~33.5M. A majority of that is 16.8M.

Britain may actually have a chance here. Their conservatives over there are moderate democrats over in the US.They are still a very social democratic country, all parties included.
