Prosecutors 0 for 4 so far. This is on them.
I completely agree with Rice. All the officers down to the dispatcher acted irresponsibly but the prosecution just couldn't prove it without a reasonable doubt it court.Well in Tamir Rice situation, the caller told the dispatcher that it was "probably" a fake gun, but the dispatcher never relayed that info to the cops. In other words, the cops went into the situation believing it was a real gun, HOWEVER, what comes into question was the tactics of the officers when they arrived. I mean who drives up right next to someone with a gun and just let's off???? Common sense says that they should have kept their distance, isolated and contained the kid, nd then made an assessment from there.
As for Castille....
Really? What audio was this on? From what I recall, from the looks of the video, the GF was stating what happened with Castille leaned over with blood on him, but nothing more than that though. The shooting and the conversation beforehand weren't captured on video to my knowledge. The only other evidence that we'll have is if he had a body cam with footage on it.
It's going to be a tough ticket to sell being the cop's word against hers. Honestly, I'm 60/40 on him walking.
These trials were lost the minute they killed a black man.
Why did they become bench trials in the first place?

Let's make sure to put names and faces on these heathens.I guess he must have broke his own back too
In case anyone is wondering, the cops who murdered Sterling and Castile will walk as well
I think this calls for a revving up of thebaltimore y'all on the clock![]()
It is for the innocent people they would've killed. Their potential black victims are came back like

Do not let the facts in the Tamir Rice case get misconstrued.. The prosecutor did everything in his power to NOT have the officers stand trial.I completely agree with Rice. All the officers down to the dispatcher acted irresponsibly but the prosecution just couldn't prove it without a reasonable doubt it court.
Fair point they have no actual audio of the conversation between Castille and the cop, but an actual eye witnesses with a relationship to the person killed (especially husband and wife and a child) is a big deal in a case like this. The jury will be moved By the video especially with the toddler in the background. In court anything is possible considering just 1 juror throws off the entire case but I'm 80/20 on a conviction
