She scammed people out of money numerous times

And also contributed to the denigration of black men online

The punishment is fair

Daniel Penny was acquitted by a Manhattan jury of criminally negligent homicide and second-degree manslaughter charges related to the May 2023 choking death of Jordan Neely on an uptown F train in New York City. The trial, which began in October 2024 and lasted approximately seven weeks, featured testimony from over 40 witnesses, including police officers, bystanders, and medical experts. Penny, a 25-year-old former Marine, was charged with using excessive force during a six-minute chokehold on Neely, who was described by witnesses as acting erratically and shouting on the subway. Prosecutors argued that Penny, trained in martial arts, continued the chokehold long after Neely had stopped resisting and passengers had exited the train, making his actions reckless. They maintained that the cause of death was neck compression from the chokehold, a finding supported by the city's Chief Medical Examiner. The defense, however, portrayed Penny as a hero who intervened to protect other passengers from what they described as a genuine threat, citing Neely's erratic behavior and the absence of weapons found on his person. They also presented testimony from a forensic pathologist who argued that Neely's death resulted from a combination of his schizophrenia, synthetic marijuana use, sickle cell trait, and physical struggle, not the chokehold. Closing arguments were delivered in December 2024, and the jury reached a not guilty verdict on December 9, 2024. The case sparked national debate over public safety, mental health, and the use of force on public transportation.

Edward Hilbert, 56, pleaded guilty to involuntary manslaughter in the death of 28-year-old Anthony McGaff, who died after being restrained in a chokehold on an MTS bus in downtown San Diego on April 30, 2022. The incident occurred during an altercation between McGaff and a female passenger, which Hilbert intervened in, restraining McGaff for approximately eight minutes until he lost consciousness and later died. Initially arrested on suspicion of murder, Hilbert was arraigned on a charge of involuntary manslaughter in July 2022, with the prosecution stating he committed a lawful act—intervening in a fight—in an unlawful manner. He pleaded guilty a few weeks before his sentencing in October 2023. At his sentencing hearing on October 28, 2023, Hilbert was sentenced to two years of probation, with the possibility of up to one year in jail if he violates the terms. McGaff’s parents delivered emotional impact statements, disputing the characterization of Hilbert as a Good Samaritan and asserting that the bus driver failed to intervene despite the prolonged restraint. The case drew comparisons to the death of Jordan Neeley in New York City, with both victims being Black and the accused being White. Additionally, McGaff’s parents have filed a wrongful death lawsuit against the San Diego Metropolitan Transit System (MTS), alleging the agency failed to provide adequate security and that the bus driver did not stop the bus during the incident.

Another crime has nothing to do with this one. Just because someone else got away with causing harm, does not mean now everyone should get away with it.

I'd give her maybe 3 days in jail & no probation , she makes her money off social media . She should apologize to dude . Females lie a lot dude & will get you caught up in a whole lot of mess when they don't get their way .

I dont mind the 90 days in jail, everything else seems a little excessive. And at what cost? Ill tell you the cost. Black men absolutely embarrassing ourselves smh.

All you have to do to correct me is tell me when

A) the last time black men were this engaged and giddy to bring down an arrogant white supremicist.

B)the last time black men were this engaged for the longhaul in protecting and providing for a black woman. Or bringing a man to justice for causing harm to a black woman?

Ill wait:respect:

The idea that alot of the men so deeply involved in this,in reality just hate black women in general is troubling. Letalong a arrogant and scamming black woman who villianized black men. You should never join a angry mobs where at least 50% of the people holding torches are highly suspect and questionable in terms of their motives.

nikkas get lied on everyday on thecoli, letalong real life. And the peanut gallery will go right along with it if the forthcoming jokes makes it worth it. So this idea this was about protecting the honor of black men is laughable. But oh well, enjoy the zoo within the zoo:respect:
