Wolves drop a game to Chicago on the road
80-87. Now we're 4-2. They just looked gassed by the 4th quarter and just forced it to everyone but Pek. We were in it til Belinelli went off.
The good:
11 turnovers. The third quarter they got sloppy with the rock which gave the Bulls an edge, but they didn't lose the game due to turnovers.
AK47: 11 points, 12 rebounds, 7 assists, 2 steals, and a block. He was everywhere
Dante: 14 and 4, 8-13 FG. Picked them up big time.
Lastly, Malcolm Lee had his best game yet. 9 points in 11 minutes. Loved what I saw from him.
the bad:
39% FG, 3-13 from 3, 15 FT attempts. That won't win you many games.
Derrick Williams: 0-10 FG. If Derrick is so indecisive about what he's doing while he's in the air, don't go up in the air, because nothing good comes of it. He takes the most awkward angles towards a hoop and double and triple clutches everything. He can't be so damn timid. As for the jump shot, get him a shooting coach. I heard both T'wolves and Bulls broadcasts. When Love comes back, someone's gonna get shut out of PT. If he's not gone by then, it might very well be him.
I said Nate could get 20. He got 18. Close enough. The Belinelli 3's and the fact that they got muffed every time they went to the hoop (Shved, I'm looking at you) did them in.
Live and learn. Hopefully Budinger's OK because he was limping. JJ's gonna be reevaluated tomorrow to see if he'll go to Dallas. Kevin Love's just doing some hand flexing. He'll be reevaluated in a week or two. Rubio's damn near lost the beer belly he developed, so he's gonna get checked out soon. He's doing some cutting but not too much yet, but he's close. By the end of the month he should start doing contact drills hopefully.
EDIT: Budinger twisted his knee. X-rays coming soon. He's on crutches, but we'll see.
