Wolves drop a clunker at Orlando 92-103. 30 points in the 2nd half. The defense betrayed them, but their lack of offense was their undoing. The 2nd half was probably the worst 2nd half they've played this year. They played as if they already won the game.
12-10.
The good:
AK47: 13 points, 4 boards, 6 assists, 2 steals. He tried.
Pek: 19 and 12 with 2 blocks. He was fine after he tweaked his ankle again.
Love: 23 and 15.
The bad:
Where do I start? 30 points in the 2nd half. 40% FG, 8-12 FT, allowed 54% FG, 17 turnovers, shytty defense and couldn't fight through a screen.
Love had a good offensive game, but his defense was horrible. He didn't even try on that end.
Shved /Rubio: 3 points, 1 FG, 9 assists, 7 turnovers between the two of them. God. Awful.
Lastly, I just cringe whenever JJ gets the ball in his hands. Luke's not exactly the smartest guy with the rock, but at least he knows what play to run. JJ just freelances too much.
12-10, but they blew a big game they needed on this Florida road trip, and then a tough schedule ahead. Our schedule has been light and in fairness, considering that, we could have done better. Now we're gonna get a brutal trio of games. If they can pull out a win in these three games, it won't look as bad, but this game was necessary and they didn't get it. Not good. Hopefully they can rediscover their jump shot when I land in MIA tomorrow. Otherwise, no KOD's for me and I won't be happy with that.
