She wasn’t even that famous until she got with him.
This what happens when a mixed person has been treated as white and sheltered all of their life. Everything around Meghan Markle over the years has been white. Friends, ex husband, TV shows she's been on. Now she's caught off guard and upset when a group of white people (high profile) have treated her for what she really is, which is a black woman. It's obvious that it's a new experience and one she never had to deal with previously.
The fact that she is reacting the way she is and thought the royal life would be all sunshine and roses shows how gullible and naive she has been all her life. People on this site called exactly what was going to happen and what she would get herself into, but she was too enamored with the "royal life."
