Facts.Who cares what a kid is cool with? I wasnt cool with the amount of money my pops gave me as a kid. And the kid is super young...they have 0 concept of any of this.
$5500 is more than enough to take care of his needs and for him to live beyond comfortably. Thats more than the average adult brings home BEFORE taxes.

If she's struggling to afford to take care of her son, why don't she give PJ primary custody?![]()
/threadKinda agree but the flip side is it'll keep encouraging thotism.Deion Sanders literally booked this woman to speak to his college team so that she can tell them to avoid women like her
Pj (a pro) then proceeds to seed her up
I say give her $40k a month as a dummy tax

a decent 2br apartment+utilities eating up more than half of that in a regular mid-sized city. I made more than that @ entry level and definitely would've had a hard time getting a nice 2br in any major city. Let alone having a kid too.
$5500 is way more than enough for a child to live super comfortable and want for nothing. You think PJ would spend more than $5500 a month on him alone if he lived with him? Again thats more than the majority of adults with jobs see in a month. This aint about the kid and we all know it. If she get over then good for her and his bad. If not, the reverse but what we not gonna do is act like anybody involved here is doing anything they are doing for the kid.My point is it’s not just about what’s enough to technically take care of the child’s needs. They also take into account the standard of living that would be provided if the child lived with the well off parent full time.
Wrong the cap for child support in Texas is $2,340 a month, so the fact that a judge gave her $5500 based on special circumstances she is likely already maxed out.She won’t get that much. He lives in Texas the max cap is 7k for child support.
She won’t be getting an increase
Its not her income...its CHILD support. Kids are expensive...they aint THAT expensive. How she takes care of herself is her problem. Maybe she shoulda sucked the dikk and shut the fukk up5.5k a month is rough if that's her only source of income and she got a kid ngla decent 2br apartment+utilities eating up more than half of that in a regular mid-sized city. Also factor in she's somewhat of a known figure, probably gets stalked by nikkas once they know where she's at, a regular spot isn't as safe for her as everyone else.
That's a little too down bad for the child of a NBA player. He should've gotten ahead of this and floated her another 3-5k, she probably never tries to go back to the courts.
35k is way over the top though, would hope that's just a negotiation tactic and not what she seriously expects to get![]()
. No sympathy for either adult here.$5500 is way more than enough for a child to live super comfortable and want for nothing.
