Damn she really is broke, we already knew she was a bum.

Her only source of income was real housewives and now her only source of income is child support of 5500 bucks.

But he was dumb enough to go raw with a well known OG thot. We make fun of women for dealing with dudes that are obvious bums. This is like walking into a haunted house with Michael Myers’s holding a sign saying “ I can’t wait to kill you when you enter”,

Who cares what a kid is cool with? I wasnt cool with the amount of money my pops gave me as a kid :pachaha:. And the kid is super young...they have 0 concept of any of this.

$5500 is more than enough to take care of his needs and for him to live beyond comfortably. Thats more than the average adult brings home BEFORE taxes.
Facts.

I think they should go up to the Texas CS cap of $7k/month. More than fair given what PJ makes.

Her asking for $35k/month goes beyond taking care of the child and any judge in Dallas would see right through that.

IG broads get used to easy money and not having to work. They get flewed out, wined, dined and given lavish gifts for spreading their legs. They don't know what it means to put in 40, 50+ hrs a week at a regular job and it shows. Hanging around pro athletes....completely warps your perception of the value of money.

Deion Sanders literally booked this woman to speak to his college team so that she can tell them to avoid women like her

Pj (a pro) then proceeds to seed her up

I say give her $40k a month as a dummy tax
Kinda agree but the flip side is it'll keep encouraging thotism.

When these types realize that it doesn't pay off, they'll start to move differently.

But then.....I'm also not a fan of nikkas just seeding up women and not actually building shyt either. We don't need more Black children born out of wedlock.

Best way is to limit the monthly CS payment like Texas does, but force the father to create some kind of trust for the kid (I'm talking if the pops is a high net worth breh). Kid gets a trust to pay for college and another trust for when they're like 25 or 30 years old. That way the kid is taken care of but the woman that caught Mr. Athlete slipping, still gotta work.

Feel like most of these dudes are OK taking care of their seed but they don't want to finance the lifestyle of some IG broad.....which is ironic because usually they paid to fukk her anyway.

My point is it’s not just about what’s enough to technically take care of the child’s needs. They also take into account the standard of living that would be provided if the child lived with the well off parent full time.

5.5k a month is rough if that's her only source of income and she got a kid ngl :hubie: a decent 2br apartment+utilities eating up more than half of that in a regular mid-sized city. I made more than that @ entry level and definitely would've had a hard time getting a nice 2br in any major city. Let alone having a kid too.

Also factor in she's somewhat of a known figure, probably gets stalked by nikkas once they know where she's at, a regular spot isn't as safe for her as everyone else.

That's a little too down bad for the child of a NBA player. He should've gotten ahead of this and floated her another 3-5k, she probably never tries to go back to the courts.

35k is way over the top though, would hope that's just a negotiation tactic and not what she seriously expects to get :beli:

$5500 is way more than enough for a child to live super comfortable and want for nothing. You think PJ would spend more than $5500 a month on him alone if he lived with him? Again thats more than the majority of adults with jobs see in a month. This aint about the kid and we all know it. If she get over then good for her and his bad. If not, the reverse but what we not gonna do is act like anybody involved here is doing anything they are doing for the kid.

She won’t get that much. He lives in Texas the max cap is 7k for child support. :pachaha:

She won’t be getting an increase
Wrong the cap for child support in Texas is $2,340 a month, so the fact that a judge gave her $5500 based on special circumstances she is likely already maxed out.

The Texas child support cap is the maximum monthly net income used for guideline child support calculations, and it increased from $9,200 to $11,700 on September 1, 2025. This change means the guideline child support amount for one child is now $2,340 per month ($11,700 x 20%).

Its not her income...its CHILD support. Kids are expensive...they aint THAT expensive. How she takes care of herself is her problem. Maybe she shoulda sucked the dikk and shut the fukk up :manny:. No sympathy for either adult here.

Based on the lifestyle PJ’s wife and other kids live (she shares a lot on IG), I definitely think he would be spending more than $5500 on his son with Renner if he lived with him full time.

I don’t think $35K per month is necessary but $10-12K seems more reasonable given how much PJ makes.
