As an entity, the WNBA can't support itself. It is essentially borrowing from big brother nba to prop it up. If the WNBA was a standalone business, it would either be besieged by loans or a defunct league now. You can't say someone should be able to make $_____ when in the real world, with their own balance sheet and income statement, you'd see more money going out than coming in for the WNBA.
