Gonna find out what's what Monday.

Brock donated the cage we/he trained in to the MMA gym I train at now so I'm curious to know where and how he's been training for this camp

No training camp.

He's just in a forest in Manitoba somewhere putting bears in the Kimura :merchant::whoa:

Sidenote: Does everyone realise that we're now dealing with the very real possibility of Cokeboy walking Brock to the Octagon? :ohhh::gladbron::russ:

I don't think it hurts Brock at all WWE wise if he loses

if he loses a close fight by decision or in controversial fashion, he can stay babyface and the fans will be sympathetic. Then you can have a dikkhead heel like Kevin Owens taunt him about losing in an over the top manner to get heat.

If he gets his ass kicked, you can just turn him heel and essentially play the "So what he lost, Brock made more money in 1 night than any of you will ever see in a lifetime" card and have him attack one of the smart fans favorite guys.

He brought nothing. He was a lazy worker and had nothing but squash matches. There's nothing entertaining about that. We watch to be entertained and squash matches full of spammed suplexes aren't entertaining. I'm glad that he's leaving so good riddance. I'd rather see a Cesaro match who is just as strong as Lesnar and actually gives a damn about wrestling and working a good match.

Brock doesn't give a damn whether people appreciate what he brings. He just wants that check.
Man I am glad you arent a promoter, your company would be horrible

Imagine if Lesnar lost the UFC fight, got injured and was unable to do SummerSlam.

I seriously cannot believe this guy can walk all over Cokeboy like that :russ:

WWE wrestlers are independent contractors and can walk anytime they want, but most don't because they know they can't prove their financial worth to Vince anywhere else. Brock may get a lot of heat for not "loving the business", but the man deserves respect for breaking that chain and accomplishing what he has to prove his worth.

dude walked away from a multi-million dollar WWE contract 12 years ago, tried to make it in the NFL, fukked around in Japan for a while, and then went on to be a financial success in the UFC headlining the most purchased UFC PPV of all time (UFC 100). Now Vince knows what's up and treats and pays him accordingly.
