So Just because a overly proud parent said his son is better than some nba players, Bronny deserves to be shytted on and overly scruntized? lol thats one of da dumbest theories ive ever heard lol
It was a stupid thing to say, and Bron acting like he can't understand why it's happening is even more stupid.

He was overly casted into the spotlight to help pump up LeBron’s narrative. It’s been a plan since he was in high school when they forced him into the McDonald’s game.

Lebron said Bronny was better than some NBA guys when he was a junior in high school solely to pump up his stock. When you see him now in NBA games and he can barely dribble or hit the rim, he should be criticized.

If they didn’t use their media tactics to make him something he never was, people wouldn’t be talking about him. Klutch media pushed every story around the draft about him and then he got an $8 million guaranteed deal he didn’t deserve.

People score 40 in the G-League literally everyday. Moses Brown puts up Wilt numbers damn near every week. No one gets a segment on Sportscenter because of it except for Bronny. You can’t have it both ways.

Of course, your c00n ass is gonna have a problem with a Black father (and a Black-owned enterprise) having faith in his son.

I get that it’s Bron son so people are gonna have their opinions and critique his game way harder but Bronny was literally the last pick in the NBA draft. NONE of these nikkas can name 1 last pick in any NBA draft ever. The last pick is the draft is never supposed to get this much attention and scrutiny but because it’s Bron’s son nikkas are going beyond “critiquing” his game and into the hate territory.

nikkas shouldn’t even have an opinion like that on a LAST pick of a draft because a pick like that is a developmental pick. A guy you’re willing to develop or an older player from college who might be NBA ready. But no team has crazy high expectations for their last pick in the draft. It’s a “Let’s see what we can get, maybe a diamond in the rough but most likely a guy who’s gonna be out the league in two years”. The shyt is just weird at this point
We don’t hear or talk about any of these nikkas and yet we get force fed about a mediocre late draft spot player so people will talk about it. It isnt rocket surgery. It isnt personal. It’s simply, a spotlight and it happens to good and bad players alike.

Of course, it's personal because it's Bron's son.

If it was y'all favorite player's son, y'all most definitely wouldn't have the same energy in wanting to see them fail or pointing out how their position in the league isn't deserved. It stands to reason his son is going to get publicity, purely because of who he is tied to, so pretending like he's being forced upon us is being disingenious. If there was literally no fanfare or any exposure, y'all would see find a way to hate.

It's just a convenient excuse to use that his story arc is surfeit to your basketball palate.

Y'all use Bronny as a proxy to wage your war against Bron. Saying anything to the contrary is only lying to yourselves.

How come this is only brought up regarding criticism.

The LAST pick in the draft shouldn't get headlines on ESPN because he scored a point, did well in gleague or ran it up in garbage time.

If you want to say people shouldn't have an opinion on him, apply that to everything. The media was complicit in trying to convince us this was anything but straight nepotism. Why was the LAST pick in the draft getting the same or more pre draft media attention as top picks?

Dudes want to act like the "haters" invented this circus. NBA, Lakers, Bron, ESPN and the rest of them did that. Giving extra attention to a player they wouldn't give a 10 day to under normal circumstances.

And what is wrong with that nepotism?

Lesser players, lesser coaches, and lesser NBA personnel have snuck their way into the league through nepotistic means ever since the league's inception. Have you ever kept the same energy in regards to all those cases, or is this just the first time you've feigned concerned over it?

Media coverage around today's NBA is infinite, so trying to make out like Bronny was stealing attention away from players in his class rings hollow. Bronny getting drafted wasn't just about him, it was about how his pops is still in the league and how they'd be the first father-son duo to play together, even moreso considering who Bron is.

It was a special mark in NBA history, that we're unlikely to see again anytime soon, which deserved to have the spotlight on it.

Players get drafted to the NBA every year; fathers and sons playing together in the NBA don't.
