This is NOT prosecution.

When a DA has to take a case to court, they will seek the "fullest extent of the law".

In other words, the harsher the penalty, the more of a win for the DA's office.

Ultimately the judge makes the decision, and thats the part that gets real interesting to me. The judge's name is..........wait for it.......wait for it...........Judge......Danny......K.......Chun. Yep, Danny K Chun. The judge is Asian. Will he look out for one his own? Will he make his decision in an effort to appear neutral and administor justice? Time will tell.
