I see can where Brother Malcolm is coming from. But what do you think whites would've done if we started pooling our money together & only doing business with our own? I could see another Black Wall Street happening back then. They didn't wanna want us in their establishments but the minute we start doing for ourselves is the day they want to dismantle that. It's a catch 22 situation to me

You can't compare foreigners who have 18 years amongst their own and away from a White majority, White supremacist, capitalistic nation.
Whites also have a more obsessive consumption of Black culture than they do those other groups and actively seek to subvert it.
I agree with the message but people simply post these videos hoping it could awaken our people but it won't. In fact, there is no grassroots movement that will be allowed to propagate by Cacs. And with a majority population and exponentially more buying power, they are in control.
We need Super PACS and to lobby for increased African immigration. The population is booming over there. African immigrants assimilating into AA culture is a good thing. They enjoy the fruits of a 1st world economy and we take the positive parts of their culture that we lack wholesale: group economics, education and family structure.
Of course AAs like @marcuz are too prideful and rather fight a losing battle with a strategy that will not work.

breh you really dont get it. the hispanics, asians, indians, and arabs that flood our communities with small business didn't use super PACs to accomplish that goal. there is absolutely NOTHING stopping black folks from creating the same businesses that everyone else is making money with. whats stopping black folks from owning stores, delis, restaurants, dry cleaning, nail shops, beauty supplies? who is stopping us? better yet, who is FORCING us to support their businesses?

Yes sir; everytime we have tried to seize capitalism and community agency around business, it has been thwarted by both white capitalists and some black bourgeoisie...it is what it is breh; the fukked up political economy in American history has contributed to racial oppression more than any other factor.

2. Nothing stops Blacks from creating successful businesses except White funding and as soon as it becomes successful? White will simply take it for themselves.

i guess im just tired of this defeatist mindset cus i've witnessed non-blacks come up from nothing to millionaire status, and they did it off making businesses in BLACK neighborhoods.
Black Americans "waking up" and practicing group economics is wishful thinking. It ignores culture and White coercion. You need a serious lesson in capitalism as pertaining to culture, buying power and raw population numbers.

On the real Bruh, has their been any other ethnic group that's been through what we as a people have/currently gone through? I just don't understand it because of all of the road blocks that have been put up to keep us down. Do cacs feel that threatened by us as a people? Real dialogue & questions here; I'm not asking rhetorically.
I agree. The defeatist attitude is a dead end. We must continue to use transformative social capital (knowledge of the system, people,. the community, ourselves, etc.) to develop counterhegemonic strategies; nihilism is pointless; there is always hope as long as we are here fighting.
